Upload agreement

Spine-Link Manifesto

Spine-Link is a public portfolio and archive platform for Spine animation work. It is also a place where uploaded animation files can become structured learning material for future AI animator agents.

The Short Agreement

By dropping, choosing, saving, or publishing files on Spine-Link, you agree that the files you upload may be processed by the platform, represented as preview pages, indexed when public, and analyzed as source material for AI systems that learn how Spine animation projects are structured and animated.

Upload only files you own, files you created, or files you have permission to publish and submit for this purpose. Do not upload confidential, client-restricted, NDA-protected, or third-party work unless you have the right to do so.

AI Animator Agent Learning

Public uploaded animation projects may be inspected by automated tools and AI systems to understand animation timing, skeleton structure, bones, slots, skins, meshes, draw order, naming patterns, texture atlases, preview behavior, metadata, and portfolio presentation.

Accounts, Privacy, And Public Pages

Spine-Link does not sell personal account data or intentionally share private account metadata for unrelated advertising. The service can still rely on infrastructure providers such as hosting, repository storage, authentication, analytics, or blockchain networks to operate upload, account, proof, and publishing flows.

Public portfolio mode means the work is meant to be visible: it can appear in World SPINE ARCHIVE, search results, video indexes, profile pages, and public preview links. Private library mode is intended to stay unlisted by default, but you should not treat any internet upload as a substitute for a legal vault or an NDA archive.

Source-Origin Proof

Spine-Link can create source-origin records for uploads. These records may include SHA-256 hashes of uploaded files, browser and account evidence hashes, timestamps, GitHub commit receipts, and optional blockchain anchors. The goal is to preserve a practical public trail showing which browser, device environment, account, or anonymous upload session introduced a specific set of files to the platform.

These records are technical evidence, not a court judgment. They are designed to support authorship and source history claims by making the upload trail harder to silently rewrite.

Creator Choice

You can create an anonymous preview, sign in with Google, publish a public portfolio, or keep an account library private by default. Public works help the wider Spine animation community, search engines, and AI animator agents learn from real animation structure. Private libraries are for organizing your own work without intentionally listing it on the public site.
